Senior Manager- Order to Cash

We are looking to hire a Senior Manager Order to Cash (Collections & Control) who will be responsible for managing customer collections operations, optimizing the O2C (Order to Cash) process, and ensuring adherence to internal controls for our client based in Dubai one of the largest companies in the region.

This is a permanent role within the organization.

The role sits within the Finance Department and reports directly to the Director Order to Cash.

We are looking for a passionate Senior Manager Order to Cash to lead and enhance the collections function, support continuous process improvement, and drive operational excellence. You should also have experience in collections strategy, internal controls, stakeholder management, and shared services operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage collections activities, ensuring timely payments and adherence to payment plans.
• Monitor aging accounts, manage delinquent accounts, and escalate critical issues as needed.
• Oversee the creation of bad debt provisions in accordance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve collections disputes and customer issues.
• Review and strengthen internal controls and fraud risk mitigation strategies.
• Track KPIs, identify process gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for finance stakeholders regarding Order to Cash collections.
• Support budgeting activities and ensure cost discipline.
• Guide and mentor team members while aligning goals with the organization's strategy.
• Foster a customer-focused and performance-driven team culture.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration (Finance specialization).
• 810 years of experience in finance, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) processes and ERP systems (Oracle Fusion).
• Experience within a shared services environment is a must.
• Prior exposure to the Middle East market is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive change, lead teams, and manage escalations effectively.
