Job summary

Talent Tide is recruiting a Senior Manager – Mechanical for a Dubai-based real estate developer. You will lead the mechanical scope across large-scale developments from concept to handover, coordinating with MEP consultants, contractors and suppliers.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree and 12+ years of UAE/GCC experience with hands-on HVAC, district cooling, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting. Dubai-based candidates with design-management exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of UAE/GCC experience.
• Hands-on depth in HVAC, district cooling, plumbing, drainage and firefighting.
• 3–4+ years in design consultancy or design-review with contracting experience.
• End-to-end delivery from concept through handover.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Developer-side experience or strong MEP contractor exposure is preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering

12+ years of experience, with strong UAE/GCC exposure

Hands-on depth in HVAC, district cooling, plumbing, drainage and firefighting

3–4+ years of design consultancy or design-review experience, plus solid contracting experience

End-to-end delivery from concept through handover

Currently based in the UAE

Developer-side experience is preferred. Strong MEP contractor candidates with good design-management exposure will also be considered.
