A leading company seeks a Senior Field Marketing Manager in Dubai to champion marketing initiatives in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager/ Head of Marketing to join our team in Saudi Arabia
The Senior Manager, Field Marketing KSA, is accountable for the planning, coordination and delivery of all marketing programs, campaigns and activities into and for KSA and the delivery of marketing KPIs for KSA.
You will be expected to have significant experience in field marketing and have proven ability to thrive in a matrix, multi-stakeholder environment. You will be instrumental in evolving and influencing our go to market strategy and ensuring the successful business performance in KSA.
You will work closely and collaboratively with the rest of Middle East, EMEA and Global marketing teams, with sales leadership, their teams and other stakeholders to deliver your goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Be the marketing leader for KSA, responsible and accountable for driving results through both owning, and influencing the direction of marketing programs that land in KSA.
Be the marketing business partner to the KSA Regional Leader and their leadership team aligning the local marketing plan and programs to support the region strategy and business priorities
Be the advocate of the region to the wider marketing organisation and be the accountable representative of the marketing organisation to the region
Deliver on marketing KPIs and be able to articulate marketing’s impact on business goals - primarily Marketing Driven Pipeline (MDP) and Marketing Matured ACV (MMA)
Effectively manage budget and resources to optimise impact for the business
Skills and Experience:
Marketing leader with 8+ years marketing experience in field marketing
Strong and effective communicator and collaborator across all levels of the organisation, building meaningful and trusted relationships
Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong situational awareness and tact, proactively addressing challenging problems, proposing solutions, and driving resolution with a high degree of initiative
Highly driven with an execution focus willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic, ambitious self-directed and resourceful
Strong understanding of (or ability to quickly understand company, customer, messaging and product fundamentals as well as industry trends
