Manage the team for B2B & B2C requirements for aftersales business including Al-Futtaim Auto Centers (ALAC).

Plan and implement experiential projects, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Develop and implement social media strategy for each business, aligned with brand positioning to maximize engagement, opportunities, and loyalty.
Maintain agency partner relationships.
Coordinate public relations planning.
Oversee CRM communication across the customer journey.
Support businesses in the development and implementation of their digital strategy in conjunction with the Performance Management team, including maintenance and optimization of all digital plans.
