JOB TITLE
Senior Mall Manager | Majid Al Futtaim Properties | UAE Cluster

ROLE SUMMARY
The position is mainly responsible for overseeing the assigned mall P&L and day to day management and operations in terms of Mall Presentation, Security, Safety, Cleaning, Engineering, Facilities and Ambience and ensure that it is kept up to the highest standards to meet / exceed all tenant / customers’ requirements in line with the overall business objectives.

ROLE PROFILE

• Business Planning & Budgeting Revise and deliver mall business plans, monitor performance, and control CAPEX/operating budgets within targets.
• Mall Operations Management Oversee daily mall operations, vendor contracts, and ensure the highest standards of Mall Management.
• Tenant & Leasing Support Maintain strong tenant relationships, monitor lease compliance, support leasing decisions, and manage storage rentals.
• Marketing & Promotions Coordinate marketing activities with the mall team to support tenants and drive footfall in line with mall strategy.
• Revenue & Sales Management Ensure timely rent and utility collections, manage STR activities, and analyze tenant sales performance.
• Compliance & Safety Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, sustainability initiatives, and local authority requirements.
• Team Leadership & Development Mentor and develop mall management staff, build capabilities, conduct reviews, and lead a positive, collaborative work culture.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement Prepare regular reports, monitor customer service performance, and drive initiatives to maximize revenue and operational excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent field.
• Certification in Shopping Centre Management (ICSC) is highly desirable.
• Minimum 2 to 6 years of progressive experience in managing all aspects of Shopping Centre Management function in a highly dynamic and customer driven organization, preferably Retail/ Communities/ Shopping Malls
