Opportunity:

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager – Logistics Compliance to play a critical role in ensuring our operations remain aligned with all local regulations. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of logistics, government relations, and regulatory compliance—shaping the future of last-mile delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Government Relations & Compliance Management

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with government bodies and regulatory agencies relevant to logistics and delivery operations.
• Ensure full compliance with local transportation, health, and labor laws.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Keeta and regulatory authorities for logistics operations.
• Ensure all compliance-related documentation and processes are up to date and accurately maintained.

2. Regulatory & Legal Support

• Guide and support the acquisition of permits and certifications (e.g., rider health cards, food safety approvals).
• Assist in preparing and submitting all necessary documentation to regulatory bodies.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulations, advising internal teams on the implications and required actions.

3. Process Optimization

• Collaborate with local authorities to streamline regulatory approval processes for new services or expansions.
• Proactively identify risks or compliance gaps, offering effective mitigation strategies.
• Support the development of internal SOPs for regulatory adherence and audit readiness.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications or specialized training in compliance, government affairs, or regulatory matters are a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in government relations, regulatory affairs, or similar roles.
• Strong background working with local authorities, ideally within transportation, logistics, or delivery.
• Deep understanding of the regulatory environment affecting logistics and delivery sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, especially with public sector stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex regulatory systems.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of the labor, transportation, and health regulations.
