Job summary

MENA Recruit Pty is seeking a Senior Manager for Leadership Positioning in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will develop and oversee the positioning strategy for the organization’s leadership and its external communications.

Responsibilities include content creation for the Chair and CEO, speech writing, media coaching, event curation, and managing leadership messaging across channels. Requires at least five years in strategy or public relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the strategy strategic communication public relations or corporate communications industry.
• Proven experience as an inhouse or consultant of public affairs/communications/public relations.
• Demonstrable experience in managing engagement with stakeholders at the senior government / ministerial level.
• Proven experience in partnership development program management communications and/or public relations.
• Strong record of leading successful strategic planning and positioning outputs delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute leadership positioning and content creation for the Chair, CEO and other leadership.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen leadership profiles and board affiliations.
• Oversee media engagement, interviews, press conferences and coverage reports.
• Promote leadership purpose on social media with content creation and monitoring.
