Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications/digital communication/marketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Advise the corporate communications across the Group; support and enable targeted storytelling and stakeholder engagement, Plan and supervise public relations and reputation risk management activities in order to effectively promote and increase awareness on the business operations to external stakeholders and enhance the Group’s reputation.
• Review the analysis External Communications operational plans and initiatives; identify gaps and recommend corrective measures to support in strengthening and protecting the Group’s image and reputation among key stakeholders locally and internally.
• Develop reputation risk management programs to ensure proactive and reactive management of issues that may adversely affect the Group’s image.
• Advise the Management on critical and sensitive reputation issues and communication related challenges in order to inform effective decision-making.
• Develop Group public relations plans and initiatives in line with its strategic objectives in order to continuously build a positive reputation, and improve perception among external stakeholders.
• Ensure building a strong media relation with core print and online media and journalists locally and globally, in order to create better media opportunities.
• Monitor the analyses trends and metrics related to public perception and media coverage trends in order to continuously identify opportunities to enhance public relations strategies and plans.
• Provide technical advice to Group’s subsidiaries, assets and operating companies to support in defining reputation management and public relations strategies, and corporate communication plans that is consistent across the Group.
• Provide targeted, innovative storytelling and stakeholder engagement plans & content to support the business in delivering reliable, accurate and influential messages to the desired target audience.
