Job description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Affairs & Communications Lead to join a leading organisation in Dubai. This senior role will shape the organisation’s corporate narrative, protect its reputation and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across the UAE and wider region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organisation’s corporate affairs and strategic communications strategy. Lead corporate communications, external communications and media relations activities. Protect and enhance the organisation’s reputation through effective crisis and issues management. Build strong relationships with media, industry bodies, government-related entities and other strategic stakeholders. Provide trusted communications counsel to senior executives and support executive positioning. Lead thought leadership, corporate messaging, media engagement and spokesperson preparation. Anticipate reputational risks and develop proactive communications and crisis-response plans. Ensure consistent messaging across corporate, commercial and stakeholder communications. Lead and develop the communications team while managing external agencies and partners.

The Ideal Candidate

Significant experience across corporate affairs, corporate communications or strategic communications. A strong background within the technology and/or telecommunications sectors is essential. Proven expertise in media relations, crisis management, reputation management and stakeholder engagement. Strong relationships with regional media and a solid understanding of the UAE and GCC communications landscape. Demonstrated experience advising C-suite executives on complex and high-profile matters. Commercially astute, confident and capable of operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
