Job summary

Dubai Aviation Corporation is seeking a senior IT Infrastructure leader to steer end-to-end IT operations, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient services across the organization in the UAE. You will oversee infrastructure, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive delivery of operational projects.

In this role, you’ll manage a 24x7 NOC, coordinate data center modernization, cloud migrations, and platform refreshes, while aligning with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic oversight of the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and technology platforms, ensuring high availability, operational resilience, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Oversees the 24×7 Network Operations Center (NOC), driving proactive real time monitoring, event management, and rapid incident response to minimize business impact.
• Leads execution & technology feasibility studies, benchmarking, and proof of concept (PoC) initiatives, ensuring outcomes inform architectural decisions, OPEX/CAPEX planning, and technology roadmaps.
• Oversees end to end execution of infrastructure initiatives, including data center modernization, cloud migration, network upgrades, platform refreshes, and core operational system deployments.
• Provides senior leadership and governance for all infrastructure and operational project portfolios, ensuring delivery excellence, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment with business priorities.
• Drives close collaboration with Cyber Security Operations to strengthen & accelerate vulnerability response and proactively enhance the security posture across operational infrastructure services.
• Conducts and participates in Disaster recovery drills to meet defined Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).
