JOB TITLE
Senior Manager Infrastructure Design & Delivery | MAF Global Solutions | Tech

ROLE SUMMARY
The Infrastructure Design & Delivery team is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and delivery of high-performance, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and proven ability to manage complex infrastructure projects aligned with business goals.

ROLE PROFILE

• Oversee the lifecycle of operational platforms and tools, including evaluation, implementation, maintenance, and retirement.
• Lead the design and architecture of IT infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals.
• Manage large-scale, high-complexity infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and transparency.
• Collaborate with IT security, operations, and software development teams to meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Work with vendors and external partners to evaluate and integrate new products and solutions into existing infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, VMware VCP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure design, deployment, and management.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL, change management, and best practices.
• Proficiency with automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
