Job description

ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager – Human Capital is responsible for managing and driving Human Capital initiatives such as organizational design, talent acquisition, talent management and development, total rewards, employee experience, and relations compliance, disciplinary, and grievance issues for all employees within the assigned business unit.

ROLE PROFILE

  1. Develop and implement HC strategies for the assigned business unit aligned with overall business strategy, focusing on attracting, retaining, and developing talent.
  2. Collaborate with various HC functions to drive and deliver key initiatives such as performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, talent development, total rewards, employee relations, and employee experience.
  3. Forecast hiring needs and staff costs in coordination with functional leaders within the business unit.
  4. Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes.
  5. Implement controls to identify employees with high potential and propose their career development plans.
  6. Coordinate with the Total Rewards team to ensure job evaluations are completed for organizational structures.
  7. Work with the HR Systems team to maintain data accuracy across all HC systems.
  8. Manage country HC policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with local laws and company standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. 10+ years of experience in a Human Capital Department.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Human Capital Management.
  3. Strong HR analytics skills to provide data-driven insights.
  4. Business acumen.
  5. Problem-solving skills.
