Senior Manager - Guest Experience Digital Product Owner

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager - Guest Experience Digital Product Owner for one of our very well-known client, to be based in their Dubai office.
Responsibilities
- The Product Owner – Guest Experience Digital Products is responsible for the vision, development and continuous improvement of our digital products and services that shape and enhance our Guests journey — including our digital touchpoints (Website, Mobile app, Information kiosks), integration of guest products and services (owed by both the airport or third party), integration of digital products and services (airport information, wayfinding, customer live-chat etc), personalization and Loyalty.
- These role sits at the heart of our cross-functional delivery team and act as the voice of the customer and the business. The Product Owner will define product priorities, maintain the product backlog and ensure the delivery of intuitive, data-driven solutions that meet strategic objectives and deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
Job Description
- Define and own the product vision for our portfolio of digital guest experience products aligned with customer needs and business objectives
- Translate business objectives and customer needs into a coherent product strategy and prioritized roadmap.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, commercial value and technical feasibility.
- Continuously evaluate emerging digital trends, competitor offerings, and technology innovations to inform future direction.
- Leverage customer feedback, analytics, market research, and competitive benchmarking to inform product decisions.
- Support all workstreams (digital channels, pre-booking, eCommerce, personalization, loyalty etc.) to ensure cross-channel consistency.
- Own the product backlog in collaboration with delivery and UX teams, including writing EPICs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria aligned to product goals.
- Prioritise features and enhancements based on business impact, user needs, and technical constraints.
- Attend and contribute to Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, demos).
- Work with Scrum Masters and delivery teams to plan sprints, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers.
- Make real-time decisions on priorities and scope trade-offs to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Guide product development from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
- Use data and insights to measure performance and iterate on the product post-launch.
- Champion the guest throughout the product lifecycle using persona-based design, journey mapping and voice-of-customer insights.
- Map and analyze end-to-end guest journeys across different personas and trip stages.
- Work closely with UX / UI designers and CX teams to co-create intuitive, accessible, and seamless digital experiences.
- Drive the implementation of personalization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
- Integrate feedback loops (surveys, analytics, NPS, A / B testing) to continuously improve the user experience.
Skills
- Product Owner Certifications (e.g. CSPO or similar), SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager, and , UX design certifications, Digital Product Management certifications.
- Expertise with DXP platforms, Headless CMS & Microservices Architecture, Omnichannel Architecture, CRM, web technologies, app frameworks, CDP and personalization engines, eCommerce, loyalty platforms.
