Summary: We are looking for an experienced Brand Marketing, Senior Manager with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Skilled in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning, the Senior Brand Marketing Manager should be passionate about leveraging market insights and creative solutions to achieve marketing objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of 360 marketing campaigns, including messaging, paid media assets, in-store assets, e-commerce content, press releases, influencer guidelines and activation concepts for both hero and sub-her product launches.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and product launches. Help ideate marketing ideas and action plans to support new launches
  • Work closely with Creative, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure a seamless and consistent consumer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Lead the briefing process for Creative teams on seasonal storytelling and asset needs to ensure best-in-class execution and delivery of seasonal consumer marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with Creative, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent consumer journey

  • Develop a deep understanding of market and customer segment opportunities to create campaigns that drive revenue goals.
  • Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure the timely execution of all marketing initiatives, ensuring each project is delivered on time and within scope.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decision-making and campaign optimization
  • Drive brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing ideas and actionable plans for product launches and brand campaigns that increase visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and conducted post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Act as the point of contact for all d global teams ensuring consistency in strategy
  • Help ideate marketing ideas and action plans to support new launches
  • Collaborate with HQ stakeholders and MARKET external partners to align marketing efforts with business objectives and maximize impact.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role, previous work in the beauty industry would be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A passion for beauty and cosmetics is a must
