RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing the relationship with key FMCG clients to understand their key business goals and needs and service their marketing research requirements.
- Generate opportunities for NIQ to propose the relevant research programs to support the clients' business growth.
- The role would entail new opportunity prospecting, taking research briefs, and developing relevant proposals/propositions.
- Be a single point of contact for the clients in terms of project milestones.
- Client stakeholder management including client queries or complaints, providing advice and consultation to client stakeholders.
- Managing client financials including invoicing and collection.
- Develops strategic understanding of industry trends, competition, and opportunities for NIQ.
- Provide top management with a thorough review of internal and client financials including budget and forecast.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10 years relevant working experience. Experience in FMCG Market Research is a must.
- English language proficiency is a must.
- Demonstrates strong ability to understand technical aspects of FMCG industry briefs and own end-to-end proposal development.
- Understanding of analysis tools and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills and understanding of data-based consultative selling.
- Able to operate in a multicultural environment and handle multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
- Competent negotiator with good influencing skills.
- Knowledge and exposure to UAE/GCC markets is an added advantage (worked preferably in a multinational market research agency).
