The Finance Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing the financial health and performance of the business. - Supplier activities : Pro-active reconciliation of supplier invoices and settlement
- Treasury Management : Oversee cash flow management, investments, and risk mitigation strategies to optimize the organization's financial position.
- Tax Compliance : Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, including corporate tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes, minimizing tax liabilities and optimizing tax efficiency.

- Talent Management : Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

Your Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is essential.
- Courier or Parcel business experience
- A master's degree in business administration (MBA) with a specialization in finance would be an advantage
- Certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) can enhance credibility and demonstrate expertise.
- Proficiency in leading ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is essential for managing financial data, automating processes, and generating reports.
- Expertise in specialized financial accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, or NetSuite, is beneficial for managing day-to-day financial transactions and generating financial statements.
