Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 8 years in a finance business partnering/FPA role in Fintech, tech, or Digital B2C businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen, cost discipline, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work across strategic finance, controls, governance, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business cases and investment evaluations (Capex, Opex, Commercial initiatives).
• Monitor and improve capital productivity and cost optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage financial controls including delegation of authority, cross-charge policies, and audit frameworks.
• Translate financial insights into actionable strategic recommendations for Group and OpCo leadership.
• Support long-term business planning and scenario modeling at regional/global levels.
• Improve finance systems and automate reporting through tech interventions (AI/RPA, etc.).
• Build and mentor a team of high-performing finance professionals aligned to business growth.
