Job summary

The role will drive risk reporting to top leadership, oversee risk assessments, and foster a robust risk culture while guiding the organization toward best practices and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern the ERM governance framework, policies and procedures across agencies and departments.
• Integrate ERM with strategic planning, scenario development, and opportunity-oriented programs.
• Lead periodic risk reporting to the DG and Board Chairman and drive risk insights for senior management.
• Oversee periodic risk assessments and ensure follow-through on mitigation actions.
• Maintain risk records enterprise-wide for timely risk reporting and governance.

Education
