Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Properties in UAE seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk to lead governance and oversight of the enterprise risk program across business units. You will drive risk identification, build dashboards, and develop business continuity and crisis management frameworks to ensure organizational resilience and aligned risk reporting to BU leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field (Accountancy, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or IT-related discipline).
8–10 years of risk, audit, or compliance experience in real estate, retail, construction or professional services.
Proficiency with Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint; knowledge of risk modelling tools is a plus.
Professional certifications such as CRMA, IRM, CPA, CIA, CFE or GRCP are preferred.

Responsibilities

Custodian of key risk assumptions and update every two months with scenarios.
Lead risk identification and risk assessment using bow-tie methodology and manage risk registers.
Aggregate risk information, support dashboards, escalate breaches to management.
Ensure risk inputs are part of BU Monthly Business Reviews.
Oversee corporate and BU risk dashboards, maintain monthly updates.
Deliver risk training and develop annual training plans.
Develop and implement Business Continuity and Crisis Management frameworks.
Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify vulnerabilities.
