Senior Manager Enterprise Applications & Automation

JOB PURPOSE :

The Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications & Automation will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of enterprise-grade systems, workflow, and automation tools within the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of enterprise-level systems, specifically ERP (Oracle, SAP), CRM (Salesforce), low-code BPM tools, document management systems, and automation technologies such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation). This role demands a strong understanding of the real estate industry and its operational functions, including sales, leasing, finance, asset management, and community management. The individual will lead cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and drive digital transformation.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the implementation and management of large enterprise systems like construction management systems, ensuring they align with business goals and industry-specific requirements.
• Oversee the optimization and maintenance of integrated systems to improve operational efficiency across key functions, including sales, leasing, finance, asset management, and community management.
• Coordinate with business units to understand their needs, identify opportunities for system enhancements, and drive projects that meet business objectives.
• Knowledge of real estate business is a must to drive efficiency & digital transformation.

Automation & Workflow Management :

• Manage the implementation and execution of workflow automation tools to streamline business processes and reduce manual intervention.
• Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies to automate repetitive tasks and optimize operational processes.
• Utilize low-code BPM tools to create scalable workflows that enhance productivity and reduce process bottlenecks.

Collaboration with Business Units :

• Act as a liaison between IT and various business functions, including finance, leasing, sales, asset management, and community management, to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
• Provide insights into system functionality, process improvements, and best practices for using enterprise tools to achieve business goals.
• Lead strategic initiatives for selecting and deploying new automation and enterprise tools that align with organizational objectives and industry trends.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, analysts, and engineers working on enterprise applications and automation solutions.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and system integrators to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide insights on system performance, automation progress, and future technology adoption.
