Job description

Senior Manager of Digital Products will lead and oversee the development, deployment, and optimization of digital products and platforms for our real estate business. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, microservices, and platform integrations, with a strong focus on improving customer experience and reducing technical support tickets. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing digital products, mobile apps, and integrated systems while ensuring smooth operations and minimal customer disruptions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of digital products, including web platforms, mobile apps, and other real estate technology solutions.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring products meet the needs of internal stakeholders and customers while supporting business goals.
  • Align product strategies with business priorities and ensure consistency in user experience across platforms (web and mobile).
  • Drive the adoption and integration of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to enhance product scalability, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement microservices architectures for flexibility and scalability of the digital product ecosystem.
  • Ensure digital products are optimized for the cloud environment and fully utilize cloud capabilities like elasticity, redundancy, and cost efficiency.
  • Implement and manage continuous monitoring of platform performance and mobile app usability to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to set up automated monitoring tools, real-time analytics, and dashboards to proactively identify and resolve potential performance issues.
  • Reduce customer-facing technical issues by identifying common patterns and applying preventive measures in product design and infrastructure.
  • Establish and maintain high performance and uptime standards for all digital products.

Integration of Different Platforms :

  • Lead the integration of digital products with internal systems (ERP, CRM, asset management tools) and third-party platforms to provide a seamless experience across the ecosystem.
  • Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure data flow and system interoperability across various platforms used in the real estate industry.
  • Ensure APIs, third-party services, and integrations are designed to be secure, reliable, and scalable.

Customer-Centric Product Development :

  • Focus on improving the user experience (UX) for both internal stakeholders and end customers by gathering feedback, analyzing data, and iterating on product features.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to reduce customer tickets related to product issues by driving improvements in product quality, usability, and reliability.
  • Leverage analytics and customer insights to make data-driven decisions about product enhancements and features.

Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

  • Work cross-functionally with business leaders, developers, and designers to define product requirements, user stories, and features.
  • Engage with external vendors and partners to ensure alignment with product strategy and successful product deliveries.
  • Regularly communicate with senior leadership to provide updates on product performance, upcoming features, and roadmap progress.

Product Lifecycle & Continuous Improvement :

  • Oversee the ongoing enhancement of digital products post-launch, ensuring that they stay competitive and meet the evolving needs of the real estate industry.
  • Lead the identification of opportunities for automation, optimization, and operational efficiency to improve overall product effectiveness and cost control.
  • Manage and prioritize feature requests, bug fixes, and improvements based on business value and user impact.
  • Ensure digital products comply with relevant industry regulations, security standards, and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Anticipate and manage risks related to product performance, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
