Job Summary:
Ultimate HR Solutions is seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Manager - Data Science to join our client in Dubai. The candidate will lead the development and execution of data insights strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The role involves translating business requirements into actionable data science use cases, implementing AI and advanced analytics initiatives, and creating a center of excellence while translating complex insights into actionable business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with SVP-PMO to develop, review, update, and maintain the existing data and insights strategy.
• Develop and implement AI and advanced analytics initiatives, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms (NLP, Generative AI, Predictive Modeling Techniques, etc.)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s/PhD preferred for advanced research-intensive environments).
• 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing data science teams.
• Proven track record of strategizing and implementing end-to-end AI/ML solutions that have driven measurable business impact (e.g., revenue growth, cost optimization, or product innovation).
• Knowledge of statistical programming languages.
• Strong Math Skills (Multivariable Calculus and Linear Algebra).
