Job summary

Acclime seeks a Senior Manager to lead a team of Relationship Managers, delivering post-incorporation and secretarial services across DIFC, ADGM, Freezone, and UAE Mainland. The role includes fiduciary duties for select client entities and interaction with regulators, suppliers, and stakeholders.

You will manage high-profile clients, drive service excellence, and support new product introductions while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field, 5+ years in finance, accounting, or related work.
• 7+ years in Corporate Services, preferably with a regulated DIFC/ADGM operator.
• Deep knowledge of DIFC/ADGM regulations and UAE financial reporting standards.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery aligned with contracts, quality standards, and timelines.
• Line-manage Post-Incorporation Relationship Managers and ensure policy adherence.
• Monitor service delivery performance and client satisfaction; resolve issues promptly.
• Act as the main contact for high-profile clients across jurisdictions.
• Grow relationships with clients and coordinate with sales/finance for cross-sell.
• Identify optimization opportunities; drive process improvements and cost efficiency.
• Lead change management and adoption of new technologies and tools.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across activities.
• Provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Support the Board on new products/services and regulator interactions.
