Job Responsibility:
- Manage the Corporate Cards Product function from an end to end perspective of customer life cycle. This includes customer segmentation and selection, product development, market positioning, sales channel planning, customer experience and credit performance
- Work with the Head of Cards Product to identify gaps in the existing product suite to develop and launch new products, review and benchmark the existing products against market and make appropriate changes, and manage the P&L for each product end-to-end
- Work closely with wholesale banking and commercial banking team to grow corporate card penetration from existing client relationships
- Relationship management of Corporate card customers and able to perform demonstration of value proposition as well as corporate card digital platform
- Work with the Credit team to define the Cards Credit Policy for acquisition and the stock portfolio
- Work with the Customer Experience team to define the Cards Service Strategy and desired goals
- Work with the Finance/BPNA team to formalize Business Plan
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of customers, competition and market trends and adopt measures accordingly to maximize profit or minimize any perceived risk
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 7+ Years in retail banking with solid prior Corporate Card product & proposition management experience. Prior experience in Islamic banking is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree or Higher
