Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Manager - Contracts at Global Village | Sea Breeze. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Participate, as necessary, in developing the solicitation and writing the draft documents including the Leasing, Sales and Sponsorship, and Sea Breeze contracts drafting and review.
• Support the Commercial Operations and Compliance team by providing the necessary inputs in order to carry out the on-ground inspections (products authenticity and permitted uses).
• Managing CSR and Government Agreements (Khalifa Foundation and Al Sanaa pavilions, Dubai Police, RTA, Dubai Taxi …etc.).
• Verification and approval of the Shop Tenancy Contracts (Sublease Agreements for Pavilions) as per the contractual authenticity and products diversity terms agreed with the Global Village’s investors.
• Ensure all new laws and regulations issued by government authorities are properly captured in the agreements and implemented by the Global Village’s investors.
• Managing Terminations and Settlement Agreements, drafting, and calculating the settlement amounts and endorsing it to the terminated investors (Termination for convenience by Investors).
• Supervise and manage major RFPs/RFQs related to Commercial Department and CARNAVAL.
• Conduct the periodic performance evaluations for Investors and distributors and share the outputs and analysis with the relevant departments for the subsequent engagements (retention and award).
• End to end management of the relationship with the telecommunication providers (du and Etisalat) and overlook all existing and potential telecom infrastructure deals.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements, and attend as member of the DHE/GV HSE committees.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• A minimum 8-12 years relevant, demonstrated experience and proven track record in a senior role in management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate deals.
• Financial acumen and business analysis capabilities.
• Good knowledge of the commercial regulations and applicable laws in UAE specifically the rent law.
• Good knowledge of the local authorities’ requirements (Dubai Municipality, Dubai Economy and Tourism, Dubai Development Authority, Dubai Civil Defense and the Federal Tax Authority).
