Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering assurance activities in a highly regulated banking environment.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support risk-based compliance monitoring reviews, thematic reviews, and testing activities per CMAT and QA plan.
• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls across risk areas and provide independent assurance to management.
• Prepare risk-based reports with observations, root causes, risk implications, and recommended actions; monitor remediation progress.
• Coordinate QA activities to assess effectiveness and consistency of compliance processes and controls; ensure adherence to methodologies and regulatory expectations.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies.
