Nestlé MENA is currently seeking a Cluster CDT Lead - Petcare. In this role, you will adapt and localize the overall category strategy and growth drivers to the cluster by shaping channel and customer plans based on shopper insights and portfolio strategies. You will develop commercial plans and compelling selling stories to help achieve the category's strategic and growth objectives.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Understand and leverage shopper missions, category growth drivers, activation platforms, initiatives, and customer requirements to develop channel solutions and success strategies.
  • Proactively monitor and review category performance, acting as an insight partner to key retailers in the cluster.
  • Develop channel solutions and contribute to building commercially aligned business cases and key initiatives by leveraging category strategies.
  • Ensure strong commercial plans are developed and executable in line with category objectives, embedded within customer and field sales plans.
  • Define resource needs in trade activations and budgets (PFME / TTS) to deliver category growth and market share gains, addressing risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze market share and distribution data to inform sound commercial decisions.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

  • 3-5 years of managerial commercial experience
  • Deep understanding of channel, customer, and shopper dynamics (Traditional, Modern Trade, Digital)
  • Commercial experience in revenue management, promotional and pricing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect insights from competition analysis, trends, and the retail landscape
  • Stakeholder management, influencing, and leadership skills, both internal and external
