Job Purpose
The Senior Manager – B2B Sales & Strategic Partnerships will lead OSNtv’s (a home entertainment subscription product) efforts to grow revenue and market share through strategic B2B sales initiatives, partnerships, and innovation[IEK1] . This role focuses on acquiring and managing partnerships not limited to technology manufacturers, financial institutions, new market expansion, and content distributors to expand OSNtv’s portfolio, proposition, reach, and monetization opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Focused B2B Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy targeting relevant and various, industries
- Identify and close new business opportunities for content licensing, distribution, and bundled media services.
- Customize proposals and presentations to align with client needs and consumption trends.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in partner organizations
- Serve as the primary liaison for B2B clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Drive contract renewals, upsell existing deals, and cross-sell opportunities across OSNtv’s content and service portfolio.
Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
- Forge strategic alliances with media platforms, content aggregators, and technology providers to enhance OSNtv’s B2B offerings.
- Collaborate on co-branded campaigns, joint product launches, and exclusive content deals.
- Leverage partnerships to expand OSNtv’s distribution footprint and brand visibility.
Sales Enablement & Media Marketing
- Work with marketing and creative teams to develop communictaion-centric sales materials and campaigns.
- Activate partner channels to promote OSNtv’s content and services to targeted audiences.
- Monitor B2B campaigns and their performance; and optimize based on metrics around subscription growth, market offers, engagement, and on-ground awareness Ensure accurate reporting, by tracking and reporting on B2B sales performance, client engagement, revenue impact and contractual compliance.
- Clear understanding of Pay-TV Subscriber Base movement & Financial Reporting.
- Use data insights to refine sales strategies and improve ROI on client B2B partnerships.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the entertainment, technology companies or telecom sectors.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of media consumption trends and content monetization models.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management abilities
