Senior Manager Business Development - Campaign

Job Role
Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and build relationships with marketing agencies, consumer brands, and enterprises running frequent consumer or trade campaigns.
- Drive new business development focused on promoting gift cards as incentive and reward solutions for marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer/employee engagement.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles — prospecting, stakeholder engagement (including senior marketers and brand managers), negotiations, and contract closure.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline; track, forecast, and report on commercial KPIs aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated on marketing trends, incentive models, and competitor offerings to refine positioning and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, tech, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of solutions to clients.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and forums to build brand visibility and generate leads.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or partnerships, ideally selling to marketing agencies, FMCG, or consumer brands.
- Demonstrated success in selling marketing solutions, digital rewards, or incentive-based products to large brands and agencies.
- Strong network within marketing, advertising, and brand management communities in UAE, KSA or wider GCC (preferred).
- Ability to engage senior decision-makers, craft bespoke solutions, and close complex deals.
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent communications, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
