Senior Manager - Business Development and Planning

ESMOS is recruiting for a new Senior Manager – Business Development and Planning for one of our clients in the events and exhibitions industry, based in Dubai.

The Senior Manager for Business Development and Planning is responsible for opening new business opportunities, growing partnerships, and project launches to expand the new portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

• Take ownership of work streams, formulating hypotheses and executing plans.
• Understand stakeholder needs and adjust to case expectations while resolving issues and driving consensus.
• Identify key drivers to solve critical business issues through data research and analysis.
• Communicate insights in a structured manner to provide solutions and drive change.
• Engage with international cultures and have a positive impact on businesses, stakeholders, and communities.

Requirements :

• At least 6 years of relevant experience, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Experience in revenue management and process management.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with the ability to think independently.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to provide and seek feedback for continuous development.

Salary is up to 30K AED plus benefits.
