As Senior Manager, Brand & Digital Marketing, you will be the strategic owner of Sidara’s digital brand experience. You will lead the development and execution of brand and digital marketing strategies that elevate our global presence, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role requires a blend of brand stewardship, digital expertise, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Governance

Act as the strategic custodian of the Sidara brand, ensuring consistent, clear, and differentiated brand presence across all channels. Lead the development and evolution of brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and messaging frameworks. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed brand strategy across business development, marketing, and communications, while representing the brand in leadership forums and cross-regional initiatives.

Digital Experience Leadership

Own and optimize the corporate website and digital content platforms to ensure strong performance, user experience, accessibility, and brand alignment. Lead the digital roadmap—including vendor management, platform enhancements, and content governance—and oversee the creation of engaging, high-impact content in collaboration with design, content, and technical teams.

Develop and implement integrated digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation across priority sectors and regions. Lead SEO / SEM strategy, paid media planning, and cross-channel performance optimization, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and aligned with business objectives.

Performance & Budget Management

Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation, forecasting, and ROI measurement. Define and track KPIs across brand, website, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing automation platforms. Provide regular insights and reporting to senior leadership and oversee performance management and development of direct reports.

Cross-Functional & Agency Leadership

Serve as the senior link between marketing, business units, and external agencies to ensure brand and digital initiatives are aligned, high quality, and delivered on time. Lead agency relationships from briefing to execution and review, and support the creation of brand-aligned business development materials tailored to regional and sector-specific needs. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the marketing function.

Your Profile

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in brand and digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level websites and digital content platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Ceros, Foleon, WordPress).
  • Strong track record in digital campaign strategy, SEO / SEM, and performance marketing.
  • Deep understanding of brand governance, visual identity systems, and content QA.
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Think strategically, act decisively, and lead collaboratively.
