Job description

· Tax Compliance and Reporting: Manage and ensure timely and accurate preparation, review, and filing of all corporate tax returns, including federal, state, and local tax filings. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

· Tax Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position, minimize tax liabilities, and maximize tax benefits. Analyze tax implications of business decisions and provide guidance to management.

· Tax Research and Interpretation: Stay updated with changes in tax laws, regulations, and rulings. Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide guidance on their implications for the company.

· Risk Management: Identify potential tax risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

· Tax Audit Support:Manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities. Coordinate responses, gather required documentation, and represent the company in discussions with tax authorities.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
