Job summary

Shamal Holding in Dubai seeks a Senior Manager – Application Integration & DevSecOps to ensure enterprise-grade applications are secure, scalable and reliable. You will lead architecture, full-stack development, systems integration and cloud-native modernization.

Responsibilities include setting API strategy, CI/CD and IaC standards, embedding security by design, governance and risk controls, and managing vendors and stakeholders to deliver value across the group.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in CS/SE/IT; Master's preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, Azure certs add value.
• 10–15+ years in enterprise app development, architecture and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture, engineering & platform delivery with scalable, secure solutions.
• Own API strategy, integration services and cloud platform engineering.
• Embed security by design across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Maintain governance, risk and regulatory compliance across apps.
• Provide technology leadership and stakeholder/vendor management.
