Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Manager - Accounts Receivable. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Ensure adherence to processes and SLAs for collections management and related activities.
• Track KPIs, identify operational gaps, and guide teams toward goal achievement.
• Support reviews of collections processes and drive implementation of workflow improvements.
• Act as the primary liaison for finance stakeholders, resolving issues and escalating challenges.
• Oversee timely execution of collections and customer payment plans.
• Guide internal teams on dunning activities, bad debt provisions, and aging account actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve collections-related disputes and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, anti-fraud policies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Identify and implement process optimization and cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Manage and develop the team, ensuring continuous learning and performance excellence.

About You:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration (Finance)
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in the finance function
• At least 2 years of experience in leading teams
• Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems and related technologies is preferable
• Experience working in a finance shared services environment is preferred
• Experience in the Middle East region is preferred
• Knowledge of financial and compliance standards
• Expertise in cash collections management
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
