Job summary

With at least 10 years in metal fabrication, you will read engineering drawings, maintain quality records, mentor junior staff, and uphold safety standards while contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication or machining.
• Proven proficiency with lathes, milling machines, shears, press brakes and welding equipment.
• Strong blueprint reading and precision measuring skills.
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up lathes, milling machines and other equipment to specification.
• Read engineering drawings and CAFM work orders; set up tooling and fixtures; perform precision measuring and inspection.
• Maintain production records and uphold safety and quality standards; support continuous improvement.
