Job summary

Fendi is seeking a Store Manager in Abu Dhabi to act as a brand ambassador, drive sales, and lead a luxury retail team. You will promote the brand DNA, coach staff, and ensure exceptional client service while meeting KPIs and maintaining standards of excellence.

The role requires 7–10 years in fashion/luxury sales and 5–7 years in high-end retail management, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and fluent English. Strong CRM and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales.
• 5-7 years experience in top-location management of a retail luxury business.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree.
• Strong selling and communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve store performance with relevant KPIs.
• Assist in the selling process and analyse the business to propose action plans.
• Lead staff, set performance targets, and drive customer service excellence.
• Develop loyal FENDI clients using CRM tools and clienteling actions.
• Review and submit sales and operational reports to management maintaining KPIs.
