Job summary

Nova International General Contracting in the UAE seeks a Senior Construction Manager with 18+ years of premium project execution experience in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong leadership, flawless delivery of luxury developments, and a proven track record on high-end villas, palaces, or premium towers.

You will lead mobilization through handover, manage budgets and schedules, ensure quality finishes, enforce HSE, and liaise with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• 18+ years of progressive construction experience in premium projects.
• Experience delivering luxury, high-end developments in UAE/GCC.
• Minimum 8+ years in a senior managerial role overseeing large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full construction lifecycle of luxury developments from mobilization to handover.
• Develop and oversee detailed plans, schedules, and resource strategies.
• Ensure delivery of high-end finishes and luxury specifications.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations with focus on craftsmanship and quality.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and value engineering without compromising standards.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, procurement, and engineering teams.
