Job summary

EDGE in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage delivery schedules, organize shipments, and ensure compliance with safety standards. You will coordinate with suppliers, customers and forwarders, maintain documentation, and resolve shipping issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant experience in a logistics role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP system.
• Good communication and coordination skills with suppliers, customers, and forwarders.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations.

Responsibilities

• Allocate the delivery schedule two weeks in advance.
• Organize and track shipments direct to customers & sub-contractors.
• Loading unloading trucks with materials and parts.
• Packing all materials and parts ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Control and retain all shipping documentation through a document control process.
• Support the logistics team with all documentation requirements.
• Moving parts around the shop floor effectively and in compliance of safety and quality standards.
• Creating and maintaining copies of EPI invoices in compliance with document control requirements.
• Trouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them.
