Job summary

NMDC Infra is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage material deliveries and transport schedules in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Civil Engineering, or a related field, along with over 5 years of experience in the Infrastructure, Construction, EPC, or Precast industry.

The responsibilities include tracking shipments, coordinating with suppliers and site teams, maintaining logistics documentation, and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate material deliveries and transport schedules.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
• Maintain logistics documentation and records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor inventory and support procurement logistics planning.
• Coordinate between site teams, suppliers, and transport providers.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delays.
• Update logistics plans and maintain tracking systems.
• Ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
