Job summary

Quorum Software seeks a Senior Expert to drive complex software implementations in LNG terminal operations and hydrocarbon logistics. You will lead end-to-end delivery, shape designs, and advise clients, leveraging deep midstream knowledge and platform capabilities.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years delivering enterprise systems in energy, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in English. Hybrid work model in Abu Dhabi with regional leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or related field.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise systems in large energy environments.
• Deep midstream oil & gas or LNG operations knowledge.
• Experience leading delivery teams in client-facing contexts.
• Fluent English, strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale solutions in LNG terminal operations.
• Guide solution design and align client operations with platform capabilities.
• Mentor consultants and manage multiple concurrent engagements.
• Conduct discovery workshops and translate operations into scalable architectures.
• Support pre-sales and deliver tailored demonstrations for scenarios.
