Job summary

Madison Pearl Ltd. in Dubai seeks a Senior Lawyer to join the Enforcement team. You will provide legal representation, develop litigation strategies, and advise clients on case merits and risks.

The role requires advising clients, liaising with authorities, and managing complex cases through the litigation lifecycle, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with UAE legal procedures. You will lead court appearances and coordinate with clients and public authorities to secure favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be an Emirati citizen.
• LLB degree in Law.
• Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience representing clients in court proceedings.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines and court proceedings.
