Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Minimum 15 years of litigation experience gained exclusively through law firms
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE litigation procedures, court systems, and legal drafting
• Strong command of Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of litigation cases
• Draft legal memoranda, case files, pleadings, and other court-related submissions
• Advise clients on litigation strategies, case merits, and potential legal risks
• Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on laws, regulations, and precedents
