Job summary

Lighting Design Partnership International - LDPi in Dubai seeks a Senior Lighting Designer to lead architectural lighting concepts across masterplans and high-end interiors, spanning residential and hospitality sectors. This is a full-time, on-site role working with architects, interior designers and consultants.

Responsibilities include developing concepts, producing lighting plans and specs, preparing reports, coordinating with teams and manufacturers, managing timelines, mentoring junior

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Lighting Design and Architectural Lighting with a proven portfolio
• Background in Architecture or Interior Design with ability to integrate lighting into architectural and interior concepts
• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD/Revit, Dialux, Adobe, Photoshop and other presentation tools
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, Lighting Design, or closely related discipline
• Experience leading project teams, managing client relationships and coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants
• Knowledge and understanding of technical detailing and international standards/regulations
• Strong visual, conceptual, and communication skills, with ability to present design ideas clearly
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a studio environment

• Lead the design and delivery of architectural lighting concepts for masterplans and high-end interiors
• Develop lighting concepts, create detailed lighting plans and specifications
• Prepare design reports and project documentation
• Coordinate with project teams and manufacturers as needed
