Qualifications

• Licensing expertise to handle SCFHS/UAE/DHA/DOH/MOH licensing; credentialing and examination processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Initiate communication with clients for timely submission of necessary documents.
• Interpret, assist and advise applicants regarding Dataflow and licensing requirements within guidelines.
• Coordinate with clients using professional communication for timely processing of documents.
• Be actively involved in quality improvement activities within the company.
• Maintain professional confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Manage the licensing team for DHA/DOH/MOH/QCHP/SCFHS licensing processes from preparation to issuance.
• Oversee verification, processing and monitoring of licenses to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
