We are seeking a seasoned strategic Legal Manager with over 7-12 years of comprehensive legal experience in the UAE, specializing in industrial law, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, trademark registration and protection, contract management, MOAs, real estate laws and family office structures. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of UAE legislation and regulatory frameworks, including commercial law, civil law, labor law, and free zone regulations. This leadership role requires an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of leading a legal department, advising senior management on complex legal issues, and ensuring full compliance with UAE laws and international best practices.
