Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape investment strategies and manage complex transactions within a highly regulated and evolving market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and advise on investment transactions, private equity, fund structuring, and M&A.
• Provide expert guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory risk management.
• Navigate UAE financial laws and regulatory frameworks, ensuring operational and legal alignment.
• Manage complex legal negotiations, contract drafting, and transaction structuring.

Candidate Profile :

• 8–12 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, investment law, or financial services law.
• Strong expertise in investment transactions, fund structuring, and M&A.
