Siemens Energy seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to advise on commercial, trade and contract law across the Middle East. You will lead negotiations, manage tenders and contracts, and drive compliance with internal and external regulations while coordinating with external firms for disputes.

You will contribute to standardizing and digitalizing contracts and delivering training to stakeholders across regions, leveraging cross-functional teamwork across time zones.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a legal department of an international company or reputable law firm.
• Experience in international projects and leading strategic negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and international practices.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted advisor on legal matters for Siemens Energy’s Grid Technology Business in the Middle East.
• Analyze tenders and contracts, providing proactive advice and participating in negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
• Support execution and claim management, engaging external law firms in dispute resolution.
• Contribute to standardization and digitalization of contracts and train key stakeholders.
