Qualifications

Position: Senior Legal Counsel

Our client is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel who will report directly to the General Counsel and will provide expertise in Corporate M&A matters and cross-border investment transactions, including private equity and fund structuring.

Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of UAE legal frameworks in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory risk management, with extensive experience working with government-owned entities. Fluency in both English and Arabic (speaking and legal drafting) is essential.

Applicants must have at least 10 years' PQE in Corporate M&A, gained either from an internationally recognized law firm or in-house at a significant investment group based in the UAE.
