Senior Legal Counsel

• Draft & Negotiate complex transactional documents, including joint venture, shareholder, and commercial agreements.
• Provide strategic legal advice on corporate and commercial transactions to align with business goals and minimize risk.
• Advise on M&A, corporate restructuring, and deal structuring, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and global standards.
• Collaborate with senior management, business units, and external counsel to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Conduct legal research to stay informed on relevant laws and regulatory changes affecting transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 8 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Common law qualification or a degree from a Western jurisdiction (mandatory).
• Experience at a leading international or regional law firm (minimum 5 years preferred).
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating complex agreements, especially joint ventures.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE corporate and commercial laws.
• Fluency in English (native or equivalent), with excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
