• Liaise with government entities, courts, and regulatory bodies for case updates and submissions.

• Support business development initiatives by contributing legal insights during client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) from a recognised institution; Master's degree preferred.

12+ years of legal experience, preferably within the UAE.

Bilingual proficiency : Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Strong knowledge of UAE civil and commercial law, including DIFC / ADGM frameworks.

Proven experience in client advisory, legal drafting, and case management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

UAE bar admission or equivalent local licensing is a plus.
