  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memorandums.
  • Represent clients in arbitration and court proceedings, where necessary, in coordination with the litigation team.
  • Advise local and international clients on UAE laws and regulatory compliance, including DIFC and ADGM jurisdictions.
  • Liaise with government entities, courts, and regulatory bodies for case updates and submissions.
  • Supervise junior legal team members and contribute to internal legal training and development.
  • Support business development initiatives by contributing legal insights during client meetings.

  • Candidate Requirements

  • 12+ years of legal experience, preferably within the UAE.
  • Bilingual proficiency : Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE civil and commercial law, including DIFC / ADGM frameworks.
  • Proven experience in client advisory, legal drafting, and case management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • UAE bar admission or equivalent local licensing is a plus.
